The Miami Dolphins and Pro Bowl quarterback Tua Tagovailoa agreed to a four-year contract extension over the weekend, keeping the team’s 2020 first-round pick with the team through the 2028 season. The deal made Tagovailoa the third-highest-paid quarterback in the league (though a new contract between the Green Bay Packers and Jordan Love quickly surpassed him). Tagovailoa’s total contract is worth $212.4 million or $53.1 million per year, with $93.2 million fully guaranteed and $167.2 million in total guarantees.

The big-money contract extension and if or when it would happen dominated Dolphins offseason storylines this offseason. How do fans feel about the contract now that it is officially signed? We asked our X followers for their reaction in gif format.

Before we look at how you responded, we will start with our “friends” over at Baltimore Beatdown.
