Jeanie Buss’ Latest LeBron James Claim Will Infuriate Michael Jordan
The Los Angeles Lakers are gearing up for the 2024-25 campaign, and after a busy offseason, LeBron James will once again be leading the way for the Lakers.
James not only saw his son, Bronny James, get drafted by Los Angeles, but he also won a gold medal with Team USA at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Even as he approaches his 40th birthday, James is still going strong, and expectations for the Lakers are high. That was certainly made clear by team owner Jeanie Buss, who recently labeled James the greatest basketball player of all time, which will surely irritate Michael Jordan.
“I’m excited to see what our new coach, JJ Redick, has in store. It’s definitely gonna be an interesting season for sure. I mean, LeBron, the way he played at the Olympics? He might be the greatest of all time.” – Jeanie Buss, Los Angeles Times
Jordan has long been believed to be the NBA’s GOAT, but James keeps on adding to his legacy, leading to folks like Buss openly wondering whether or not he is better than the Chicago Bulls legend.
If LeBron can keep on racking up more achievements, he certainly has a shot to be better than Jordan, but either way, Buss may have made an enemy for herself in MJ with these comments.
