How to watch Day 2 of the 2024 NBA Draft

Here’s something I’ve never written before: it’s Day 2 of the NBA Draft! Yes, the league has switched things up, and the 2024 NBA Draft is a multi-day event. After an unpredictable first round on Wednesday night, we’re all set for the second round of the draft today, which will feature picks 31 through 58.

After not making any picks on Day 1 (the Dubs had traded their 2024 first-round pick back in 2019, when they sent Andre Iguodala to the Memphis Grizzlies in a cap-saving move), the Golden State Warriors are now slated to not make any picks on Day 2, either. Golden State entered the day holding the No. 52 pick in the draft, but have since traded it to the Oklahoma City Thunder for sharpshooting fourth-year wing Lindy Waters AAA.

Don’t be even remotely surprised if the Warriors still make a pick, though. Given how hard they’re trying to save money ahead of next season, it makes sense to try and target a second-round draft pick (or two!) to get some cheap talent on the roster. So keep your eyes and ears peeled, as general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr. just might get to wheeling and dealing … perhaps making a small move (such as the one that landed them Trayce Jackson-Davis in the second round last year), or perhaps making a blockbuster move and trading the large contract of Andrew Wiggins or Chris Paul.

Either way, you can keep up with all the action at our draft tracker.
