There is little denying how amazing the Lamborghini Aventador looks rolling off the factory floor. Its sharp lines and low profile make it appear as if it is some ambassador from an ancient alien race. But even the exclusivity of the Aventador is not enough for some owners. There are some who want to make their supercar just a bit more special and can do so thanks to a new carbon-fiber kit from Vitesse AuDessus.
Usually, exclusivity is reserved for the most special of cars. But when you are dealing with Vitesse AuDessus, a US-based tuner, exclusivity runs much deeper. Only 300 parts will be produced in total regardless if they are bought via a package or individually.
There are two packages available—Essential Carbon and Extended Carbon. The Essential package adds a front bumper, rear diffuser, side skirts and mirror caps. Cost is $15,525, which jumps to $35,535 when wheels are included.
The Extended package adds a carbon-fiber hood in addition to the other mentioned bits. It runs $22,275 and $42,725. The carbon-fiber wheels, which are $25,000 on their own, are available in several designs and are said to reduce unsprung weight by 25 kilograms. If a part breaks, the company will provide replacements. So it is nice knowing that if a part did break, one wouldn’t be left high and dry.
