Unsurprisingly, they were victorious, however, their closeness took a lot of people by surprise.

On an episode of ‘The TK Show,’ NBA insider Sam Amick narrated a story about how LeBron James’ camp developed an animosity toward Steph Curry. The bone of contention was how King James’ camp felt intimidated by reports that Curry’s rise to stardom would affect James’ standing among the NBA community.

Currently, the animosity between the two had surprisingly transformed into one filled with admiration and respect. Despite Rich Paul’s efforts to block a trade that could have brought the two future Hall of Famers together, the just-concluded Paris Olympics did a great job in that regard. The two have 4 NBA titles each.

They have played together in various All-Star games. However, it didn’t have the same effect as the one provided when LeBron James and Stephen Curry teamed up to lead the national team to gold in Paris.
